Apply for Coaching

Tell me what brings you here

This application gives me a sense of what you are looking for, what you want to change, and whether the way I work is likely to suit you. You do not need to already know your goal or have it perfectly defined. You do need to be willing to look at where you are honestly, and at what you want to be different. That's the part that matters.

If I believe there may be a good fit, the next step is a paid 30-minute consultation. We will use that time to talk more specifically about what you want from coaching, how I would approach it, and what working together could look like.

The application itself is not a commitment to begin coaching.

About the work

My coaching combines the structure of traditional one-to-one coaching with my experience in BDSM, power exchange, behavior change, psychology, and embodied practice.

What that looks like is different for every client.

For one person the work centers on discipline and accountability, on patterns that have resisted good intentions. For another it is desire, relationships, confidence, boundaries, or parts of themselves they have kept at a distance. Some come to develop their BDSM practice. Some come to understand their dominant, submissive, or switch identity more deeply.

BDSM and power exchange can also become part of the coaching itself when there is a reason for them to be there. What that involves, and whether it involves anything at all, is decided between us. Nothing is assumed simply because you are applying to work with a Dominatrix.

Where are you located?
How did you find me?

Tell me what is happening in your life that made you reach out at this particular point.

You do not need to turn this into a formal goal. Tell me what you want to be different six months from now if our work together is useful.

What have you been unable to change, resolve, understand, begin, stop, or follow through on by yourself?

This might include therapy, coaching, self-directed work, changes in your relationships or routines, BDSM exploration, or simply repeated attempts to handle the problem differently.

What helped? What did not?

Tell me what you believe would be useful from me specifically.

There is no required level of experience. You may be deeply experienced, newly curious, or primarily interested in the psychological and behavioral side of the work.

Tell me enough to understand what brings that part of my practice into your interest in coaching.

Good coaching sometimes means hearing something you would not have reached on your own.

When you receive direct feedback, correction, or an observation you initially disagree with, what tends to happen?

That might include time, privacy, significant instability in your circumstances, or another demand that would make sustained work difficult.

Coaching and mental health treatment

Coaching can involve difficult emotions, personal history, patterns learned through past experiences, and parts of yourself that you may not usually discuss.

It is not therapy, psychiatric care, or crisis support.

If you are currently in a situation that requires immediate mental health support, stabilization, or treatment, coaching with me is not the appropriate place to begin. If something arises during our work that belongs with a licensed mental health professional, I will tell you.

What Happens Next

I read every application personally.

If I think my approach may suit what you are looking for, I will invite you to schedule a paid 30-minute consultation.

The consultation is where we go deeper. I will ask about what you want to accomplish, what I see in the patterns you describe, and what kind of coaching would serve you. If BDSM, power exchange, assignments, accountability, or experiential work could become part of that, we begin there. It is a conversation, not an assessment.

You are not expected to decide in advance what the dynamic should look like.

At the end of the consultation, I will tell you whether I think I can help you and, if so, what I recommend. You can decide whether you want to continue from there.

I do not accept every applicant. The work requires honesty, communication, willingness to be challenged, and enough stability to take what happens in our sessions back into your own life.

If that sounds like the kind of work you are looking for, tell me why you are here.
